This website, diagnovisai.com, is operated by Diagnovis Technologies Limited ("Diagnovis", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Uganda under registration number 80034588614594, with its registered office in Kampala.
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
2. This website is not medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing on it should be used to make a clinical decision.
This site describes DiagnovisAI, an assistive artificial-intelligence platform for medical imaging. It is written for healthcare institutions and professionals evaluating that platform. It is not a clinical tool, it is not a diagnostic aid, and no information on it — descriptions of findings, measurements, modalities, or clinical context — is intended to inform the care of any individual patient.
If you are a patient, this website cannot tell you anything about your own imaging, your report, or your condition. Please speak to the hospital or clinician providing your care.
If you are a clinician, nothing here substitutes for your own judgement, your institution's protocols, or the clinical record in front of you.
DiagnovisAI itself is assistive and human-in-the-loop. It does not diagnose, it does not act autonomously, and every report it contributes to is reviewed and signed by a qualified radiologist. Nothing on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise.
3. What this website is, and is not
This website is information about a product. It is not the product, and using it gives you no access to, or licence over, DiagnovisAI.
Some descriptions on this site relate to capabilities under development or evaluation rather than in current clinical use. Where we say so, we mean it — a modality or function described as forthcoming is not available today, and no timeline should be inferred.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, supply or licence DiagnovisAI in any jurisdiction. Availability is subject to the regulatory requirements of each country, and we do not offer the platform where those requirements have not been met.
4. Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, current or free from error. Product descriptions, technical detail and organisational information may change without the site being updated the same day.
Where this site describes our clinical validation approach, it describes a method, not a result. We publish no performance figures, and none should be inferred from anything written here.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, page design, the DiagnovisAI name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by Diagnovis Technologies Limited or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may read this site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share within your organisation for the purpose of evaluating our work. You may not republish, redistribute commercially, or present our content as your own, and you may not use our name or logo without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not use this website to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, to introduce anything malicious, to scrape or harvest it systematically, or to interfere with its availability to others.
Do not submit anything through this website that identifies a patient. The enquiry form is not a clinical channel and is not secured for clinical use. If you send us patient information, we will delete it.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website, we do so because we think it may be useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or anything on it — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
This clause does not affect the terms on which DiagnovisAI itself is supplied. Where we provide the platform to an institution, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement, and these terms neither replace nor modify it.
9. Data protection
How we handle personal data collected through this website is set out in our Privacy Notice. This site sets no cookies; our Cookie Notice explains that in full.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have exclusive jurisdiction.
