1. Summary
The Website does not set cookies and does not use tracking technologies. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media plugins, session recording or any other tool that monitors how you use the Website. The Website does not load content or code from other companies. This means no third party can place cookies on your device through the Website.
Because we do not use cookies, the Website does not show a cookie banner. You do not need to accept or reject anything to use it.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, phone or tablet when you visit it. When you return, the website, or another website that recognises the cookie, can read it. There are several types:
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
- First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another organisation, such as an analytics or advertising provider, whose content is loaded on that website.
- Cookies are often grouped by purpose: strictly necessary (needed for a website to work), functional (remembering your choices), analytics (measuring use), and advertising or social media (tracking you across websites to show ads or enable sharing).
Similar technologies work in comparable ways:
- Browser storage (local storage and session storage) stores data in your browser.
- Pixels or web beacons are tiny images in web pages or emails that report when they are viewed.
- Device fingerprinting identifies a device from its settings.
- Software development kits (SDKs) are code from another company embedded in an app or website.
In this notice, “cookies” includes these similar technologies unless we say otherwise.
3. What we use and what we do not
| Category | Used on the Website? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | No | The Website has no login, shopping basket or user accounts. It works without cookies. |
| Functional or preference cookies | No | We do not store your settings or choices on your device. |
| Analytics and performance cookies | No | We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. |
| Advertising and targeting cookies | No | We do not show advertising and do not work with advertising networks. |
| Social media cookies | No | The Website does not embed social media buttons, feeds or videos. |
| Browser storage (local or session storage) | No | Our scripts do not store data in your browser. |
| Pixels and web beacons | No | Not used on the Website or in emails we send. |
| Session recording and heatmaps | No | We do not record your mouse movements, clicks or keystrokes. |
| Device fingerprinting | No | We do not attempt to identify your device. |
| Third-party content and SDKs | No | All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own Website. |
4. Scripts on the Website
The Website uses a small number of scripts that we wrote ourselves. They provide features such as:
- the animated product illustration on the home page, including its pause button;
- visual effects as you scroll; and
- checks on the Request a Demo form before it is sent.
These scripts run only in your browser. They do not set cookies, do not use browser storage and do not send information about your visit to us or to anyone else. The animation also respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
When you submit the Request a Demo form, the details you enter are sent to us so that we can respond. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle them.
5. Fonts, images and other resources
Many websites load fonts, images, maps or videos from other companies’ servers. Those companies can then see your IP address and, in some cases, set cookies. The Website does not do this. Our fonts and images are hosted on our own Website, so loading a page does not send any request to a third party.
6. Server records
Like every website, the server that hosts the Website automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These records are not cookies and are not stored on your device. Our hosting provider keeps them for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle this information.
7. Emails we send
We do not include tracking pixels in emails we send. We do not monitor whether you open our emails or click their links.
8. The DiagnovisAI platform
This notice applies only to the public Website. The DiagnovisAI platform is used only by authorised users at Institutions with a written agreement. It may use cookies or browser storage that are strictly necessary for secure sign-in and for the platform to work. These are explained to Platform users within the Platform and under the Institution’s agreement.
9. Your choices
Because the Website does not use cookies, there is nothing you need to change to protect your privacy when you use it. You remain in control of cookies on your device in general:
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block cookies from all or some websites. Look in your browser’s privacy or security settings, or its help pages.
- Private browsing. Most browsers offer a private or incognito mode that deletes cookies when you close the window.
- Blocking cookies on the Website. Because the Website does not depend on cookies, blocking them will not affect how it works.
10. If our approach changes
If we ever decide to use cookies or similar technologies on the Website that are not strictly necessary for it to work, such as analytics, we will:
- update this notice before we start, listing each cookie, its purpose, who sets it and how long it lasts;
- ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie, and make it as easy to refuse as to accept; and
- let you change your choice at any time.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
