Safety & Human-in-the-Loop

DiagnovisAI is assistive technology. It supports radiologists; it does not replace them — and it never acts alone.

01

Never autonomous

DiagnovisAI does not diagnose independently. It drafts, organizes, and supports — it does not decide. There is no mode in which the platform issues an interpretation by itself.

02

Radiologist sign-off, every time

Every output is reviewed by a radiologist before sign-off. No report is finalized without a specialist's review — that is a property of the system, not a preference of the user.

03

Clinical responsibility stays with the clinician

The reviewing radiologist can accept, edit, or discard anything the AI drafts. Judgment, accountability, and the final word remain exactly where they belong.

04

Evidence before claims

We evaluate DiagnovisAI through structured clinical validation before making performance claims — not the other way around.

A radiologist reviews every output

Nothing DiagnovisAI produces reaches a referring team without a radiologist's review and sign-off. The specialist reads the images, judges the draft, and holds the final word.

Imagery is illustrative and does not depict Diagnovis staff, named clinicians, or any clinical partner.

Assistive AI, human-in-the-loop — every output is reviewed by a radiologist before sign-off.
